The exact scope of each project will be defined in the individual proposal or service agreement provided to the client.
3. Quotations and Proposals
All quotations and proposals issued by Calvia.Digital are provided without obligation unless otherwise stated.
A project is considered accepted only after written confirmation from the client and, where applicable, receipt of any agreed deposit or initial payment.
Unless otherwise specified, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure projects are delivered efficiently, clients agree to:
provide accurate and complete information;
supply all required content, including text, images, logos and branding materials;
ensure they hold the necessary rights to any materials provided;
review deliverables within a reasonable timeframe;
provide feedback promptly;
cooperate throughout the duration of the project.
Delays in providing required materials or approvals may result in revised delivery timelines.
5. Project Scope
The services included within a project are limited to those outlined in the accepted proposal.
Any additional features, revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation and may incur additional fees.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property relating to preliminary concepts, proposals, design drafts and working files remains the property of Calvia.Digital.
Ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.
Third-party software, fonts, plugins, templates or licensed assets remain subject to their respective licence terms.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in the individual proposal or invoice.
Late payments may result in delays to project delivery or temporary suspension of work until outstanding balances have been settled.
Any applicable taxes shall be payable in accordance with the relevant legislation.
8. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Calvia.Digital reserves the right to display completed projects within its portfolio, website, social media channels and marketing materials for promotional purposes.
Confidential information will never be disclosed without the client’s permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Calvia.Digital cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability, specific search engine rankings, advertising performance or commercial results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calvia.Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Many of our services rely on third-party providers, including website hosting, advertising platforms, analytics services and other digital tools.
Calvia.Digital is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes or technical issues caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

Both parties agree to treat confidential business information shared during a project with appropriate care and not to disclose such information to third parties unless required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Calvia.Digital reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
